Job Description:
|
Hardware and BSP Engineer will be responsible for design, implementation, verification and validation of complete system platforms [Hardware board & FPGA designs and BSP components developments] Intellectual Property (IP) in the areas of Multimedia platforms and systems designs. Taking IP development from specifications to validated IP is part of the job profile and the engineer will be expected to contribute whatever it takes to achieve that.

Educational Qualifications:
|
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronics and Communications Engineering
- Master's degree in Electrical / Electronics and Communications Engineering
|
|
|
|
|
|
- Job will involve complete responsibility of all aspects of h/w board design and development activities for multimedia technology based product-line.
- Candidates must have minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in H/w board design & development of h/w test s/w codes [assembly code level and C programming], Device drivers development based on Linux, WinCE and Android, as part of board bring up and BSP and device drivers activities.

|
- Good knowledge in Analog circuits, Digital logic circuits and Power supply circuit designs.
- Experience in CPLD, FPGA designs using VHDL/Verilog.
- Experience with EPLD/FPGA development platforms, debugging tools like Logic Analyzers, Oscilloscopes is considered essential.
- H/w board development & BSP s/w development Processes, Configuration Management, Test Planning and Execution.
- Good knowledge of C/C++ Programming.
- Knowledge of Multimedia systems domain like Audio, Video and Image is preferred.
- Knowledge of working with TI’s DM and OMAP series of DSPs and ARM processors are preferred.
