Andrew is responsible for the entire finance and infrastructure activities in the company.

He brings in 16 years of industry experience in Investment Finance, Finance Management and Commercial Functions.

Prior to Ittiam, Andrew was the Finance Director and Company Secretary in Texas Instruments India.

Andrew Bhagyanathan joined Texas Instruments India in 1994 as Finance Director and Company Secretary. In that role, he held complete responsibility for finance leadership of the company. He interfaced with the TI Finance Leader's network in both Asia and the U.S. to achieve the objectives of TI India.

Andrew had provided the leadership to successfully manage the US $10 Million capital and cost outlay involved in the creation of TI India's new 120,000 sq. ft. Software Technology Park, inaugurated in 1996.

In 1997, Andrew's role was expanded to include TI India's Purchase, Legal and Government Interface functions. His leadership in adoption of Web/Intranet technologies into his functions had resulted in a lean and efficient support team. His team had continuously innovated to deliver new service levels and capabilities to TI India, through proactive involvement of the vendors. Within the TI Finance World, Andrew's team had been recognized for rapid and successful deployment of new information systems using SAP.

During 1998 to 2000, Andrew led TI India's participation in BangaloreIT.com, a premier IT conference in India. TI India's presence in those events has received high levels of appreciation from the public and professionals.

Andrew was a member of the TI India Management Team.

Prior to joining TI India, Andrew worked in TDICI as Asst. VP Finance for 4 years. He was certified as a Chartered Accountant in 1984 from Kuruvilla & Kuruvilla CAs, and as a Company Secretary in 1989.
