Ittiam is growing. Our IP is enabling OEM and design companies bring
their solutions to market faster and change the way people experience digital media.
Applications are diverse: from industrial/medical grade to consumer/broadcast grade
multi-media. And Ittiam's technology is already powering a range of devices: from high
definition media centers to next generation streaming systems for in-flight entertainment.
Needless to say the dimensions of roles and responsibilities in
Ittiam are growing at the pace of the business. Ittiam is looking for a select band of
people who revel in technology and in winning businesses to power its latest growth vector -
Technical Sales. We have the following immediate openings:
Designation
Engineer, Senior Engineer, Lead Engineer - Technical Sales
Function
- Understand Ittiam's digital media technology and product roadmap by working
closely with development teams and product marketing
- Advance initial new business opportunities into design wins by comprehending
and addressing customer requirements for a market solution.
- Work closely with field sales to win customers through technical exchange,
proposals and product demonstrations
- Develop datasheets, application notes and other technical collateral to
assist in marketing of Ittiam products
- Feed back important insights to Ittiam business units to help define customer
and product strategies for maximum success
Experience
3-8 years of experience in developing real time embedded systems preferably in audio,
speech and video applications. Exposure to customer facing roles is beneficial, but
not required
Attributes
Inclined towards a career path that combines technical knowledge with sales and
business development. Excellent problem solving and communication skills, both written
and verbal
Required qualifications
Bachelors or Masters in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Science/Engineering
