Ittiam Systems' selection procedure focuses on relevant domain experience, engineering skills, analytical abilities and problem solving abilities. These are determined through a technical test covering digital signal processing/electrical engineering/programming, an aptitude test to gauge analytical skills, a technical interview and a behavioral interview to assess the candidate's personality traits, beliefs and values.

The selection procedure is exceedingly stringent and results in 1 offer for every 500 applicants.

Ittiam Systems has a team of 75 DSP professionals and will continue to grow this team, representing world class talent.

Platform Neutrality
Being independent of DSP silicon vendors, Ittiam Systems is platform neutral. We select and use the DSP Processor that is best suited for the customer's end application, within overall system level constraints.

Ittiam Systems has existing expertise on multiple platforms representing most of the leading DSP processors. Ittiam Systems is also willing to invest in other platforms that customers may require.
